What I Offer
IAIM Baby Massage
Baby massage, as taught by the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), is a gentle and supportive practice that strengthens the bond between parents and their baby. It was developed in the 1970s by Vimala McClure and brings together elements of Indian and Swedish massage, baby yoga, and reflexology. Baby massage is more than just touch – it offers a space where parents can find calm, become more attuned to their baby’s signals, and grow in confidence in their own instincts and abilities. Courses are led by certified IAIM instructors – part of a worldwide network active in more than 70 countries today.
PEKiP®
In groups of babies around the same age, I accompany you through the first year – with age-appropriate play and movement activities for your baby, and plenty of space for your questions and for connecting with other parents.
PEKiP® is a free and open space where babies and parents alike have room for their individual development – in body and in soul. There is no „must“: you decide what your baby takes part in, entirely at their own pace and in line with how they’re doing that day. The babies do what fits their moment. We simply offer impulses and inspiration – your child shows us the way.
Discovering Sounds (up to 12 months)
Together, we will immerse ourselves in the world of gentle sounds. Every object carries its own unique sound within—and every sound can unfold into a musical delight. Babies encounter the world without any preconceived ideas. Everything that surrounds them is simply there—immediate, undisguised, and completely new.
Together with the babies, we as adults are invited to rediscover the world of sounds—in a gentle way, using everyday objects, instruments, Japanese onomatopoeia, and our fully present, mindful accompaniment.
This course is not only an invitation to listen and play, but also to pause and relax. A gentle time-out from everyday life—for babies and parents who wish to find calm together and truly arrive in the present moment.
